Common

With EQdkp-Plus 0.6.3.5 a new Plugin was included for Polls. The plugin can be installed as usual in the Admin Panel.

Settings

The Presets for new Polls can be set here.

Edit polls

Here you can edit existing Polls.

Create a new poll

• Title: Here you can define the headline for the poll (required)
• Description: Here you can insert a detailed description for the poll.
• Enable multiple choice: If the user may vote for more options, you can set the option here.
• Enable comments: You can set this option, if the users may discuss about the poll.
• Opinion can be changed: With this option you allow the user to change the option.
• Show the intermediate result: If activated, the users see the intermediate result after voting.
• Style of the portal-module: Here you can define how the poll is shown in the portal-module (cake- or bar-chart)
• End-date: You can define here, when the Poll will be closed (optional)
• Poll closed: As soon as this option is set, no more votes will be possible and the result will be shown.

When you've set the optionsm you can define the options after a klick on 'Next (step 2)'

Portal module

You can define the shown Poll here:

• Newest Poll
• Random Poll
• One specific Poll

User area

The user can place his vote directly in the portal module (if activated), or in the menu under 'polls', where he sees all polls (if existing).
