Preamble

The Plugin 'Guildrequest' provides a possibility to handle applications for the guild directly in EQdkp-Plus

Installation

You can install the plugin as usual in the admin section.

You can set the options if

Polls are activated
A popup is shown, if there are not activated applications (only neccessary, if the sending of mails does not work correctly)

Further you can edit the Text for the activation Mail.

Edit Form

With the form editor you can change the look of the application-form. So, you can add fields, headlines or spacelines. When installing the plugin, there are automatically generated 4 options, that the application person can write a request without anything is cahnged in the form-editor.

User

There is a menu-entry called 'view request' for registered users. Guests will see an etry called 'write request' instead.

Registered users can view existing applications, vote for accept/decline (if the setting is set) and write comments (if the user has the right for that).

Guests can fill out the form. If the form was sent, the applicant gets an E-Mail with an activation-code. (And the text which is defined in the admin panel). As soon, as the applicant activated the request, he can login via the login-button at the top right corner of the form, where he has the same view as registered users, which view the application. The comment-functionality is always activated for the applicant, that he can react on questions, which were asked in the comments by registered users.

As soon as the application is closed, the admin can set the option to closed at the right top and send the applicant an E-Mail and tell him, if the request was accepted, or not.
